Mila Moore is a holistic nutritionist and certificated physiologist. Science is a helper for her when it comes to working with people’s body shapes. Of course, the biggest part of her course is exercising but all of them are developed considering different types and personalities of trainees and people who are going to follow her instructions. Everyone will find something special working with Mila’s program.
